Registration and Fee (Konferansa Kayıt ve Ücreti)

General Information

 

1.     Registration fee for the studies presented via both on-site/online system is 500 ₺ (100 €) for maximum two  abstract or full-text paper.

2.    Reduced Registration fee only for students' study presented via on-site/online system is 300 ₺ (80 €) for one  abstract or full-text paper.

3.     Each additional paper is charged extra 200 ₺ (40€).

4.     Conference language is English, and the presentation language should be the same with the manuscript language. 

5.    If your work is to be evaluated in The Journal of Advanced Applied Sciences (in Crossref index), the text must be in English. Please note that the selected papers will be re-reviewed in the journal portals by the management of the guest editors among the conference organization committee members. Remaning abstracts and fultext papers are going to be published in Conference Proceedings.

6.     The participation of the listeners is free. However, they can not benefit from services provided to registrants.

7.     Participation certificate will be issued only for the presenter.

8.      Full text submission is not madatory.

Registration Fee Includes

1.     Abstract and Full paper conference proceedings (It will be published on the conference website until October 20, 2023).

2.     Electronic Certificate of Attendence (It will be sent via e-mail until October 20, 2023).

3.     Lunch (provided by university cafeteria for on-site participant)
